Aura you kidding me?

Are there times when you feel uncomfortable in a crowded place? At times, you feel uneasy in the presence of certain people or when you enter a room, you can immediately feel the energies lingering in the air. Are there moments when you feel as if your space is being invaded?? By default some people can only come so close to us before we sense their vibes whether good, bad or down right funky. This is a reaction triggered by our aura.
The aura is a strong electro-magnetic field that surrounds us, a life energy that can be sensed around every living thing, plants, trees, animals, birds and people. The human aura though is the most curious one though simply because we can actually vocalize what we are feeling. Animals may bark or scurry away in response to someone's vibe, but its not like Sparky can scream out "Hey girlll,..you better run from this fool. He's got evil serial killer vibe going on here." Instead you get a string of awf! Awf! AWF! As human, our energies can speak louder than words and the aura is like your Aunt Mavis who knows everyone's business and triggers your gut instinct that something is off. There are seven layers of aura, but the most accessible to the human eye are the first three layers surrounding the body. The innermost layer of the aura is Etheric field which reflects your spirit and serves as the foundation of physical body. . The second protective shield against negative vibes. The third layer is the mental/emotional layer and contains your mash-up of sensory systems and dictates which of these are dominant. Are you clairvoyance (see), clairaudience (hear), clairsentience (feel) or claircognizance (knowing)? Your aura knows which of the Claire's is your BFF.
Auras can be seen with the eyes wide open or it can also be seen psychically with the eyes closed. Seeing the aura is a matter of taking your eyes slightly out of focus. If you've ever been able to see those holographic picture-in-a-picture things then you shouldn't have any trouble seeing auras as you do exactly the same thing with your eyes. If you squint long enough you'll start to see a shimmer of color bouncing off an individual. Some people can see auras instantly and others have to work at it. Don't be too put out if it takes a while. As you work with this you'll gradually become aware of even more subtle layers of energy that surround people.
I personally can relate more being clairsentience or feeling auras and energy of people which is a great tool to master in how to interact with people, I used to work in a Men's Jail and the mixed energies in there can be overwhelming at first, but once I grounded myself I was able to see past the typical personas of an inmate and feel the remorse in the individuals who suffered from addiction. I could know who I could interact with just simply by feeling their energy. But I also could tell which ones I should steer clear off simply by walking by them and sensing the malevolent energy fuming off of them like the stench of rotting meat. My aura served its purpose and shielded me from the negative energy. On the flip side, those feelings of instance connection with people is also a result of the auras mingling with each other sending and receiving positive energies.
Disturbances in your aura can lead to health problems or simply to feeling in a funk.
Your aura may need attention when you are:
Easily overwhelmed in the presence of others.
Feeling small or ignored.
Experiencing a chronic illness or autoimmune disease.
Experiencing struggles with boundaries.
Feeling as if you cannot distinguish if your feelings are truly yours or others.
Sensitive or affected far too easily by the moods and energies of other people and generally “picking up” undesired energies.
These disturbances can be corrected with simple exercises with crystals to strengthen the aura’s ability to shield against harmful energies and to absorb the positive. Simply take a clear quartz crystal and weave it in and out around your body in all directions. This can help to re-build and strengthen an aura that is weak, damaged, or stretched thin. You can also use a selenite wand and run the wand up and down your body, limbs and around your head to not only cleanse the aura, but to also detach from any negative energy strings trying to permeate the auric field. Another favorite exercise I utilize frequently is tracing Figure 8s over and around your body in a slow motion in the front and back of the body. The figures can be large and small and can intuitively change as you move around the body. This re-vitalizes the field, and integrates pieces of the Aura that may have become separated and at-risk for negative energies steeping in. I use this frequently with my daughter when she cannot sleep due to a nightmare. A round of Figure 8's and she is fast asleep.
When the Aura is strong and balanced, it supports and protects you. A weak aura can lead to feeling drained or worn-down. By maintaining a regular practice of cleansing and strengthening your aura, you can experience surprising improvements in your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
